Prima

Prima

Totally designed for you

Description

Prima was one of my most important clients since they create products for the leading hotels in the European region. I worked with Matika solutions since they were collaborating with them through direct connection in their physical workspace.

This project took more than an year because we had to implement pause and play approach with the project as it was not something that needed to be done instantly but required constant communication with the owners and their team for even the minute changes in the project details.

Dozens of support tickets with the various plugins developer team was created to manage the constant shuffling of project details.

A separate development server was created for approval from the owners before handing them out the entire product. All the project management tasks were done through Trello. The other tools that we had to use are listed out below in the showcase.

I wanted to work with something exciting as this so that I can create a project from ground level. With the advancement of tech stack in the last 2 years, it’s possible to create even more sophisticated product version of this. You can see a glimpse of the frontend and backend at the end of the post.

FROM THE ARCHIVE

Since this is a 2-year-old project, I could not find much to showcase it. But fortunately, I found a video recording I did to explain the project a bit to a developer who joined midway. It was done in a testing environment so that the raw form of development could be seen. The other video shows the Trello logs.
